Battle Punks Walkthrough
This is a short tutorial that will provide information to new players about Battle Punks, a Java base game that is available on Facebook.
1. In this game, do not invest your money in weapons. Usually you will get all your weapons and a boost of loot or battle loot. Be a little patient with the game.
2. Fighting during the starting level 1-5 is easy, most opponents are light-armed and less dangerous. Once you move on to the next map, the game will get a lot more difficult and you will get your butt kicked at least 4 out of 5 times in a role. Don’t worry about the game getting harder, it will be a lot easier after you get some upgraded weapons from loot or drops.
3. Look for special opponents with a special snake symbol on them. These are elite players or bosses. They are very difficult to kill.
4. Only roll for the next group of opponents if you know that you cannot win any battles. It’s free for the first spin, but repeated spins mean it would cost 5 coins.
5. Keep in mind that it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, this game still rewards you! Fun right?
6. Know your weapons, keep in mind that the more powerful the weapon, the more damage it will deal. However, read the descriptions of the weapon. Some weapons may have a tendency to slip out of your hand.
7. Having a shield is always useful. Keep one if possible.
8. Always and I mean always carry more than one weapon into battle! Unless you prefer to fist fight or try to be Captain America and use a shield. Otherwise, don’t be a superman and bring at least a staff and a sword to any battle.
9. Spears and batons are considered long-range weapons. Slow on the assault, but very useful as counter weapons and taking down your opponents weapons at times.
10. The hammer is also a very good weapon to remove your opponent’s weapon from your hand, keep one if necessary.
11. Large swords are a very powerful weapon; it can really do some serious damage to your opponents. (It will only appear if you reach the third map)
12. Check your opponents’ levels and the items they bring into battle! You should at least check what kind of reinforcement or weapons they have. Some opponents carry 4-5 weapons, but they don’t have any momentum.
13. Boost is very useful skills. Keep that in mind, it provides an additional advantage over your opponent who does not carry any.
14. The health potion is always useful, but it is very difficult to obtain with a loot. Buy it if you need it and equip it only when needed. The game has some bugs and you could waste your health potions if you’re not careful.
15. Please note that fabrics and accessories have no armor value in the game. It is only cosmetic! Players can jump partially naked in just their underwear and can still win the battle.
16. Don’t waste your Newton unnecessarily as some special weapons can only be obtained using Newtons. This only applies after reaching the third map.
