Against the backdrop of the uncertainties surrounding the suspension and the noise it has generated comes the reshuffled premier league game against West Ham United, initially set for Sunday of last week. The game has been rescheduled for today, February 19, 2020, at the Etihad Stadium at 7:30 p.m.
What to expect from Manchester City players
The player’s mood has been positive, with many of the players not being distracted by the recent events surrounding the club. They drew 1-1 at home against Everton, lost 4-1 against a very good Leicester City team, lost 2-0 at home to runaway leaders Liverpool, and drew 3-3 at home against Brighton in a match that he was expected to win. They currently have some key players injured.
Felipe Anderson is a doubt for tonight’s match, having recently recovered from a back injury. Jack Wilshere has a groin injury, while his Russian star Andril Yarmolenko has a torn abductor muscle for him. It will certainly be a Herculean task to get a game point considering his slump of late.
