My opinion on today’s video games

This can be divided into 1 to 3 more articles on the same topic, because I can go further on this topic. I feel like getting straight to the point this time. If you remember correctly, final bosses are not only supposed to be a review of everything you’ve done so far, but also the final obstacle on your way to beating the game. But then why can numerous final bosses be defeated in less than a minute, and not only that, it usually requires little effort on the part of any decently skilled player. I think I know why this is apparently the case. And I have reason to believe that the prominent people in power want to turn people into animals (I mean like the dogs some of you currently have, for those of you who have animals in your house) so that they are easily controllable and manageable without effort. Since people’s average intelligence is rapidly declining, the video games that these people play have to be considerably easier to beat, because no one enjoys a game that they master and can’t beat. Of course, this also means that it’s considerably easier to draw people into a game with just music and graphics.

For example, one of the games I currently play, X-Men Legends II, the enemies are a complete joke. I got really lucky and got some extra damage teams for my main character, and now, normal enemies die in 1 hit (Yes, literally), leader types die in 1-3 hits (usually only 2), and bosses ( Even zone bosses take action (regular hits decimate even faster) are dead in literally under 30 seconds (of course a bit longer if they have invulnerability shields which they use in the middle of battle). It’s not like the hits were even hard in the first place. Oh, and in this game, I’m currently only at Act 4, but I’m level 44 (actually, I was hitting stuff halfway through Act 3). Seriously, since when did anyone allow people to easily pass through mainstream games like this?

Want to know what’s even more fun? Using the right set of abilities/powers, you can do some game breaking feats easily (one major example is in Kingdom Hearts II where you can abuse Magenta and Experience Boost against swarms of Rapid Thrusters (really weak enemies) to win all the way up to level 99 (and this will probably only take an hour or two at most).

This concludes part 1.
